Class Description

NOTE: $25 materials fee collected on first day of class Learn about the wonderful flavors of Argentine cooking and their incredible wines – vino tinto - especially Malbec. We will enjoy a delicioso meal together at the end of our session. Argentina is noted for its beef, and the blend of many cultures on its food. Many of the ingredients date back hundreds of years. COURSE OBJECTIVES: 1. Learn about the history of Argentina, its cooking traditions, and fine wine 2. Discover spices and herbs used in the dishes. 3. Enjoy a good meal afterwards!
