NOTE: $25 materials fee collected on first day of class Learn about the rich and diverse history of Armenian cooking, enjoy the experience of cooking an Armenian meal, and then sitting down for a delicious lunch! COURSE OBJECTIVES: 1. Learn how dishes from Armenia are prepared. 2. Discover new herbs and spices, and new ingredients. 3. Enjoy a good meal afterwards! Maximum 12 students Instructor: Katie Barney
