Course Description

Fees: $25 for materials is due at the class The fall is a lovely time to enjoy squash, apples, pears, goose and venison (if available). The menu will range from an appetizer, soup, entree, and vegetable dish to a delicious dessert. Enjoy learning about some spices and herbs for this time of year! Menus and recipes for all dishes will be provided. Maximum 8 participants Instructor: Katie Barney
