NOTE: This class often is booked beyond capacity. Students will be notified within one week of Showcase whether they are in the class or on the waitlist. Explore the light and fresh tastes of spring and summer soups. Lemon, dill, cilantro, salmon, tomato, corn and tomatillo are just a few of the ingredients that will show up in our bowls. There will be warm and cool soups to delight the taste buds. Limited to 10 participants Instructor: Paula Wolflin Fees: $32 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class
