Class Description

This class will bring to light a discussion of thinking and remembering as we age. We will explore the effects of aging and how it impacts functioning. We will also review key techniques and activities demonstrated to maintain brain health. We will discuss the most effective communication and interaction with persons experiencing cognitive decline.
