Course Description

The Book of Genesis: A Study of Text and Texture This course will provide an in-depth study of Genesis, the first book of the Bible. It will focus on the culture and religious practices out of which Genesis comes and to which it responds. The course will show the transformative and radically unique perspective that Genesis and the Hebrew Bible present to the world.
