Course Description
Brain games are cognitive training exercises-often digital puzzles, memory tasks, problem-solving activities, or pattern recognition challenges - designed to stimulate mental function. Common examples include Sudoku, crosswords, memory match games, and specialized apps like Lumosity or BrainHQ. We play some games and talk about the strategy and science behind them. Instructor: Nancy Brandenburger
