Cooking: Insight Into Culture

Course Description

Each class will focus on and prepare a dish that speaks to the differences yet delicious connections between Ashkenazic and Sephardic Jewish communities. Limited to 10 participants Instructor: Peter Hyman Fee: $35 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class. Peter Hyman recently retired as the rabbi of Temple B’nai Israel and has an M.A. of Hebrew Letters and a Doctor of Divinity. He has taught many courses on religious history, Jewish scripture, the New Testament and western theology.
