Course Description
NOTE: Culinary classes often are booked beyond capacity. Students will be notified within one week of Showcase whether they are in the class or on the waitlist. Learn about the history of Turkish cuisine and then cook a menu from that country. Limited to 9 participants Instructor: Katie Barney Fees: $30 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class.
