Course Description
Learn about herbs you can grow in your garden, in a pot, or in a sunny window. Learn growing and propagation techniques and try starting your own herbs to take home. The class will cover the history of using herbs, how to enhance your meals with herbs and how to store them for use throughout the year. Instructors: Darcey Schoeninger/Gayle Jayne
