Course Description

Body Basics: A Head-to-Toe Anatomy Guide to Staying Strong This engaging series takes participants on a journey through the body—one region at a time. Learn the basics of bones and muscles, understand common aches and pains, and discover simple, effective exercises to support mobility, strength, and lifelong independence. Each session combines education with practical movement strategies for everyday health. Instructor: Leah Dedrick Leah Dedrick is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Personal Trainer, and Strength and Conditioning Specialist. She is the owner of Aging Stronger Kent Island, a specialty clinic dedicated to adults 55+, offering personalized physical therapy, one-on-one training, and small group classes designed to support strength, mobility, and longterm health.
