Course Description
NOTE: Culinary classes often are booked beyond capacity. Students will be notified within one week of the Showcase whether they are in this class or on the waitlist. Learn about the history of Italian cuisine and then cook a menu from that country. Limited to 9 participants Instructor: Katie Barney Fees: $30 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class.
