Course Description

NOTE: Culinary classes often are booked beyond capacity. Students will be notified within one week of the Showcase whether they are in this class or on the waitlist. Ever eaten Farro or Eikorn? (it’s an ancient grain) How do you feel about flavored balsamic vinegar? Ever think, I wonder what that recipe would taste like or that dressing sound intriguing? This class will have ingredients to try and combine with recipes as a guide but not a bible. Come and have fun with some new and familiar ingredients. Limited to 10 participants Instructor: Nancy Brandenburger Fees: $25 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class.
