Pork Dumplings and Fried Rice

Course Description
NOTE: Culinary classes often are booked beyond capacity. Students will be notified within one week of the Showcase whether they are in this class or on the waitlist. We will make a “skinny” version of fried pork dumplings and vegetable fried rice. Do not let the “fried” in fried rice fool you. We will use the smallest amount of oil for both dishes and produce a delicious healthy late afternoon snack. Class will begin at 3:00PM followed by wine and eating. Limited to 10 participants Instructor: Jenny Gallo Fees: $20 for materials will be invoiced prior to the date of the class.
